"I didn't stay in it long enough to see what the a/f was but it wasn't lean, in fact I bet it was near 11 flat.  This thing needs a tune pretty bad."

"Here are a few pictures showing what my concern is with the oil return line. First of all the center section of the turbo is at about a 8:00 to 2:00 position. I'm hoping that will be sufficient, but it isn't straight up and down at all if…"

Jason I do think the 90 will be better than the straight fitting. The straight was added due to the different drain flange that we used. Original mock up was with another manufacture. I do not think there will be any issue. It is a gravity drain so as long as the drian is lower than the supply it should work. It will back up in the line but it should function like a p trap in your house ( has a constant flood but never backs up). We will cut it short and put a 90 on it when you come to the shop and I will change it in the plans. The clock on the turbo is fine. I have had them at almost 3 and 9 oclock and it still works so you are fine.
